I know a really good way of training y...</title><content type='html'>Haha, cool. I know a really good way of training your 6-pack, but you need a friends help. Lie on your back, while your friend stands with one leg on each side of your head (try to choose a friend wearing long sweatpants and NOT a loose shorts). Hold on to your friends ancles and lift your feet straight up. Have your friend push your feet down as hard as he can, your heels should not touch the ground. To make it harder, close your eyes and have your friend push your feet to either side or straight down.
